Pan Bread

Esta mañana enseñé Jueces capítulos 4 y 5. El equipo está en Puente Piedra ministrando ahora y estarán de regreso a las 6:30 p.m. más o menos.

A las 7:00 p.m. vamos a estudiar Hechos 1:8. Hablaremos de misiones y lo importante que es formar parte del equipo. Debemos participar en enviar misioneros y ser enviados. De mi punta de vista realmente no nos queda otra opción si queremos ser discípulos de Cristo. Tal vez no tenemos mucho que ofrecer pero podemos hacer algo. Cuantas veces pensamos, “lo que tengo es muy poco”. Así perdemos la bendición de participar. Al contrario, que bueno es ver como Dios puede utilizar lo poco que le doy para su gloria. Un día cuando lleguemos al cielo, quizás podremos pedirle al hombre que en su niñez ofreció sus pancitos y pescaditos a Jesús contarnos su historia. Nos contará como Jesús los cambió en comida para 5 mil personas. ¿Has entregado tu pan al Señor hoy día?


I taught Judges chapters 4 and 5. The team is in Puente Piedra ministering right now and will be returning at about 6:30.

At 7:00 p.m. we’ll be studying Acts 1:8. We’re going to talk about missions and the importance of being part of a team. We should be either be sending missionaries or being sent as missionaries. As far as I see it we really don’t have a choice if we’re going to be disciples of Jesus Christ. Maybe we don’t have a lot to offer but we can offer something. How many times we think, “I have so little it really won’t make a difference.” When we think that way we lose the blessing of participating. The opposite is true. It’s so great to see how God can use the little that we offer for His glory. One day when we get to heaven, maybe we’ll be able to ask the guy that, when he was a boy offered his bread and fish to Jesus to share his story with us. He’ll tell us how Jesus changed a few small breads and fish into food for 5,000. Have you given your bread to the Lord today?
