A little while ago I mentioned that we are trying to buy a property here in Lima. The property would be used for the church, Sunday school, the discipleship school and for housing missionaries. Here is an update on what is happening. We have been approved for a loan from the bank. To be able to make the down payment and pay some additional moving costs we need approximately $15,000.00 more. That is a small amount considering where we were a few months ago. We can see that God is really moving and we trust Him for the rest of the provision.
Pray for the additional money to come in.
Pray for wisdom regarding the purchasing of the building and it’s adaptation to our needs.
Hace no mucho tiempo mencioné que estamos intentando comprar una propiedad aquí en Lima. La propiedad será usada para la iglesia, la escuela dominical, la escuela de discipulado y hospedar a los misioneros. Estos son los últimos acontecimientos. Hemos sido aprobados para recibir una hipoteca del banco. Para poder pagar el adelanto y pagar los costos de la mudanza, etc. Necesitamos aproximadamente $15,000.00 más. Es una cantidad pequeña considerando lo que teníamos hace unos meses atrás. Podemos ver que Dios está obrando y confiamos en él para el resto de la provisión.
Oren por el resto del dinero.
Oren por sabiduría en cuanto a la compra del edificio y su adaptación a nuestras necesidades.
