Surco

Surco building update.

We had a meeting with the owner of the building we are buying and with the people that rent rooms there right now. We met yesterday afternoon. It looks like we will begin making modifications to the new building around the 4th or 5th of April. I anticipate that we will be able to have our first church service there on Thursday the 20th of April. Keep praying. It has been an interesting experience so far. I have been learning a lot. We have to pray that the current ownership will complete the sale on time and with the building in good shape. We’re also praying for furniture, desks, beds, etc. We have some groups coming and we want to be able to offer them a comfortable place to stay.

Edificio en Surco al día.

Nos reunimos con la dueña del edificio que estamos comprando ayer. Conversamos con los inquilinos también. Parece que vamos a comenzar a hacer las modificaciones al edificio el 4 o 5 de Abril. Creo que podremos hacer la primera reunión de la iglesia el 20 de Abril que cae el día jueves. Sigan orando. Ha sido una experiencia interesante y he aprendido mucho. Hay que orar para que entreguen el edificio a tiempo y en buen estado. También estamos orando por muebles, camas, escritorios, etc. Tenemos grupos que vienen y queremos brindarles un buen servicio con todo bonito.
