Fuimos a Canta cinco hombres de Koinonia. Canta es un pueblo que queda 2 horas de la ciudad de Lima. Fuimos con el propósito de hablar de cosas del ministerio, pasar tiempo con el Señor y tomar tiempo para orar y disfrutar. Creo que es importante que los hombres de la iglesia y en particular los hombres que enseñan la palabra en la iglesia tengan confianza el uno en el otro. Creo que es importante que seamos amigos. Viajes así de vez en cuando nos ayudan a mantener esa amistad y cargar las pilas de nuevo. Fue un viaje muy refrescante. Ya sabíamos que iba a ser así pero cuando llegamos el Jueves en la mañana y encontramos la nieve en las montañas fue para mi una sorpresa muy linda y refrescante también. Five men from Koinonia went to Canta. Canta is a little town that´s about two hours from Lima. We went with the purpose of talking about things in the ministry, spending time with the Lord and taking time to pray and enjoy. I think it´s important that the men in the church, and especially the men that teach the Bible have confidence in each other. I think it´s important that they be friends. Trips like this help us to maintain our friendship and recharge our batteries. It was a very refreshing trip. We knew that it would be, but when we got to Canta Thursday morning and found the snow on the mountains it was a great surprise and very refreshing as well. Those that went were Pastor Jaime, Americo, Ricardo, José and myself, (Pastor Brian).
