Tú eres mi refugio;
tú me protegerás del peligro
y me rodearás con cánticos de liberación.

Dios no aguanta nuestra actitud no festiva y sin alegría. Con esa actitud comemos nuestro pan con pena, con pretensión, con apuro o hasta con vergüenza. A través de nuestras comidas diarias Ēl nos está llamando a regocijarnos, a festejar en medio de nuestros trabajos diarios.
